Art of the Yard recently replaced our struggling grass with a beautiful xeriscape space. Throughout the process they listened to us and created the water wise area we needed. I highly recommend art of the yard. We have an existing water feature with waterfall and pond that would completely empty within 24 hours when completely full. When they first came out to examine why it was leaking, they also mentioned that our pump was super old and inefficient and that it should probably be replaced. They sent me a quote to replace it for but we decided to not have it replaced since it was still working. They said for sure there were holes in the bottom pond so they would fix that first rather than replacing the whole thing. Their quote was less than half of what others quoted. A day after they fixed that, the water was still running out very quickly. I called them and they came out to examine the top. They made some adjustments (for free) to hopefully fix the problem, but it still leaked by the next day. They said unfortunately the rest of the waterfall would need to be replaced. This is their super busy time of year and they are booked out but they made a priority to fix the rest of the waterfall over 2 consecutive weekends right away. After they fixed the rest of the waterfall, the next day the pump started tripping the breaker. I also didn’t love how the waterfall looked. I called them and they came out the next day and installed a new pump FOR FREE and brought in a bunch more large rocks to make the feature look better. They said they work with clients until they get it right. I have been really impressed with how they have handled everything.

Ben and crew transformed our blank canvas backyard into beautifully curated landscape that included a pondless water feature. Ben was very attentive and professional and answered our every question or concern.  We're looking forward to Spring to see all the plantings come to life and will repost when everything is in bloom. We just completed a water feature with a waterfall in our back yard and it is everything we had hoped it would be.  From conception to completion everyone we worked with at art of the yard were professional, timely, and courteous.  Tim and his crew went above and beyond to make sure they exceeded our expectations.  It was finished on time and on budget.  We are already planning another project with them. Art of the Yard went above and beyond in redoing our koi pond. They took our existing footprint and started from the ground up - creating an oasis that rivals RMNP. They brought in native rock, made appropriate homes to protect our fish and highlighted the beauty of our area. The crew Connor,Alex,Matthew and one other were amazing and beyond accommodating . From the design phase through completion Heath and Shane were on it. Ryan did a great job coordinating. I had a second great experience with Art of the Yard in installing a pondless waterfall in our backyard. They listened closely to what we were looking for and delivered an outstanding product, despite starting in the depths of winter. Big kudos to foreman Ben and his crew for their commitment to excellence in tough circumstances.
